We also ship artworks outside Bulgaria via

The exact price, transport service and delivery time are confirmed with the customer before dispatch, based on the country, address, dimensions, weight, value and required insurance for the artwork.

Orders may be paid for in advance by bank transfer. The necessary bank details and payment reference are provided when the order is confirmed.
For payment by bank transfer, the artwork is dispatched after the funds have reached the seller's bank account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

05
Cash on delivery
For deliveries within Bulgaria, we offer cash on delivery through Econt or Speedy.
The customer pays the amount due upon receipt of the parcel using the payment methods supported by the relevant courier.
Cash on delivery is not available for international deliveries.
06
Order confirmation
After receiving an order, we may contact the customer to confirm availability, payment method, delivery address and delivery terms.
For artworks of unusual dimensions or considerable weight, with a fragile frame or with special transport requirements, we may offer an individual delivery arrangement.
Receiving and inspecting your parcel
On receipt, inspect the condition of the outer packaging. Where the courier service allows inspection, we recommend checking the artwork in the courier's presence.
If the packaging or artwork is visibly damaged, ask the courier to draw up a damage report, photograph the damage and contact us immediately.
Signing a report helps establish damage in transit but does not limit the consumer's statutory rights in relation to non-conforming goods.
Delayed or unsuccessful delivery
In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will notify the customer using the contact details provided.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and telephone number. Additional transport charges may arise if delivery fails due to incorrect details, absence or refusal to accept the parcel.
